repainting the premises, make all necessary cleaning, provide daily groceries and
donated towards the nursing centre. Happy Retirement Home is a non-profit organization
in mainly to serve old folk from poor and needy family.
为开心敬老苑提供服务。重新油漆墙壁、锄草周围环境、捐献食粮、日常用品及乐捐予老人院。开心敬老苑位于Kepala Batas，是一间无利润的看护老人
服务中心，而照顾的老人都来自非常贫苦的家庭。

The Five Associations Golf Tournament cum fellow dinner was held at Bukit Jawi Golf Resort. The tournament was organized by MPA and co-organized by PENFEIA MPMA, PFMDA and PHAMA. Total 99 golfers participated in this championship and PENFEIA won the grand champion again.

PENFEIA is proud to announce that the association had successfully organized the Chinese New Year Gathering/Networking luncheon on Saturday, 14 February 2009 at Look Yuen Restoran, Bukit Mertajam. The networking has attracted approximately 100 people from members and various business associates. The PENFEIA Life Membership certificate was given during the occasion. In conjunction with this event, PENFEIA has donated 900 units of chairs to Sekolah Rendah Jenis Kebangsaan Cina Kampung Valdor, Sungai Bakap which was received by the school’s directors and witnessed by YB Mr. Lau Choon Kiang, Exco Member of Penang.
